EXECUTIVE COACHING

THE NIYAMA METHOD™

For PK–12 education leaders navigating complexity with clarity, capacity, and rhythm. Create the conditions for sustainable leadership.

What if you could stay effective
without becoming depleted?

Leadership isn't always about performing at your best. Sometimes it's about leading wisely through complexity, uncertainty, and change. The Niyama Method™ helps leaders recognize the conditions they inherit, adapt wisely, and influence the conditions they can shape.

Through The Niyama Method™, leaders create calendars aligned with their priorities, reduce decision fatigue, strengthen essential relationships, and establish boundaries that support sustainable leadership.

Real Results

What working together looks like.

  • The principal kept her career and her tenure.

Convinced the only path forward was to leave, she had already begun exploring positions elsewhere. Together we clarified what she actually wanted and examined the opportunities already in front of her. She stayed, pursued new leadership opportunities, and kept every year of tenure and every relationship she'd built.

    Outcome:
Greater decision confidence, a renewed sense of purpose, and a clearer path for professional growth.

  • The district leader stopped working weekends.

Work followed her everywhere. Evenings, weekends, family time consumed by emails and unfinished responsibilities. Together we built healthier boundaries, recovery cycles, and a sustainable rhythm. She became more present at home and discovered effectiveness doesn't require constant availability.

    Outcome:
Increased capacity, stronger boundaries, improved well-being, and greater presence both at work and at home.

  • The senior leader became a national speaker.

She had the expertise but couldn't see the path. Through coaching she clarified her strengths, started presenting at local and national conferences, expanded her network, and built a leadership rhythm aligned to where she was actually going.

    Outcome:
Expanded professional visibility, increased leadership opportunities, and a clearer path toward future advancement.

Superintendents. Assistant Superintendents. Senior district leaders. Supervisors. Principals.

Many have achieved significant success.
Many are navigating what comes after the hard part.
Together we build the clarity, capacity, and rhythm to move forward with confidence and purpose.

THE METHOD

Transform overwhelm into rhythm.

Not a productivity system.
A coaching framework built around what sustainable leaders actually develop over time.

What excites me is that Clarity, Capacity, and Rhythm are now much more than coaching packages. They are a true progression.

1

Clarity.

Know what matters most. Make decisions with intention, not exhaustion.

Answer:
"What is actually happening?"

  • What am I grieving?

  • What am I hoping for?

  • What decision needs to be made?

  • What chapter am I entering?

2

Capacity.

Create space to respond instead of react. Navigate complexity without being depleted by it.

Why I Started
The Niyama Method?

This work came from the inside.

I spent decades inside complex, high-stakes systems. I saw the same pattern everywhere: capable, accomplished people operating in a constant state of urgency. Effective, but not sustainable. I lived it myself. The Niyama Method emerged from that experience.

Ready to navigate your
responsibilities differently?

Rhythm is not the opposite of momentum.
Rhythm is what makes momentum sustainable.

For those navigating sustained pressure, responsibility, complexity, or transition.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

Who Benefits from The Niyama Method?

The Niyama Method is designed for individuals navigating periods of sustained responsibility, transition, complexity, or overwhelm. Clients include leaders, educators, executives, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and professionals seeking greater clarity, expanded capacity, and a more sustainable rhythm for work and life. Whether you are leading an organization, supporting a family, managing significant change, or carrying more than feels manageable, The Niyama Method helps you move forward with greater clarity, intention, and steadiness.

What brings people to The Niyama Method?

People often seek support when they are: • Carrying too much for too long.
Navigating significant change or transition.
Leading within complex organizations or systems.
Facing difficult decisions with competing priorities.
Recovering from burnout or chronic overextension.
Seeking greater clarity before an important decision.
Creating a more intentional rhythm for work and life.

Is The Niyama Method Only for School Leaders and Educators?

The Niyama Method was designed for anyone navigating complexity, responsibility, and change. While my professional background is rooted in education and public leadership, the principles of clarity, capacity, and rhythm apply across professions, organizations, and life stages.

How is The Niyama Method different from consulting?

Consultants often provide recommendations and solutions. The Niyama Method helps you develop the clarity, capacity, and discernment to identify the path that is right for you. While practical tools and frameworks support the process, the deeper purpose is strengthening your ability to navigate future challenges.

What happens during coaching sessions?

Each session creates space to slow down, examine what is happening beneath the surface, and identify practical next steps. Together, we explore patterns, clarify priorities, strengthen decision-making, and develop practices that support meaningful progress.

How long do clients typically work with you?

Every coaching relationship is shaped by the individual's needs and goals. Some clients seek support during a specific transition or decision, while others choose a longer coaching relationship focused on sustained growth and leadership development.

What Happens During a Discovery Conversation?

Together, we'll explore what brings you here, the challenges you're navigating, and if The Niyama Method is the right fit for this season of your work or life. The only preparation is a willingness to explore what matters most to you. Whether we decide to work together or not, you'll leave with greater clarity than when you arrived.
